How to Use the Meditation
Each meditation session is designed to guide you gently, whether it’s for grounding yourself before meals, heightening sensory awareness, or developing patience and self-compassion. Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Sit comfortably, relax, and follow the guidance without judgment. Allow the thoughts to come and go without attachment, gently returning to the focus of the meditation each time you’re distracted.

Practice regularly and take it slow. Meditation is a skill that deepens over time, and as it does, you’ll find it easier to bring mindfulness to your meals and everyday life. Enjoy each session and let it open you to a more present, connected, and fulfilling eating experience.
